Creekside Psychiatric Center is located on the campus of Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola.
From the NORTH: take I-110 to exit 5 (Brent Lane). Turn left (east) going across Davis Hwy. At the next light there is a Buffalo Wild Wings on the right and Ronald McDonald House on the left. Turn left and go into the office park behind the Ronald McDonald House. Creekside is the second building along the back row, next to Pediatric Associates.
